What Does This Warranty Cover?
This warranty covers any manufacturing defects in your new Mibar Power Lift.

How Long Does The Warranty Last?
This warranty (together with any implied warranty) lasts for one year after the date you bought the Mibar Power Lift.

What Will Mibar Products Ltd. Do?
Mibar Products Ltd. will repair or replace any defective part at no charge.

What Does This Warranty Not Cover?
This warranty does not cover (i) the two (2) compression die springs, which are considered wear items; (ii) any incidental or consequential damages; and (iii) any failure caused by user abuse. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

How Do You Get Service?
To obtain repair or replacement of any defective Mibar Power Lift or component part, you must:

  • 1. Obtain from us a Return Merchandise Authorization Number ("RMA #").
  • 2. Return the Mibar Power Lift or component part to us together with (i) your RMA #; (ii) proof of purchase date, and (iii) a written explanation of the alleged defect or malfunction. You are responsible to pay the shipping costs for this return and to pay all de-installation and re-installation expenses.

We will then conduct an inspection, repair or replace any part(s) which we determine to be defective and covered by this Warranty, and return the MiBar Power Lift or parts to you.
