Payment Information
All credit cards are assigned to your account automatically and are used to pay for parts ordered through Mibar Products. It is the sole responsibility of the card holder to update all new card information, failure to do so may cause a delay in order processing. All card numbers are kept protected to ensure the privacy of the card holder. You may be required to supply only the last four digits of the card at the time of purchase. Orders that cannot be paid in full using the card on file due to insufficient funds, incorrect information, etc. may be delayed until payment is received. Mibar Products will make every attempt to contact the responsible party to collect payment.

It is prohibited to advertise Mibar Products products at more than 15% below the current Mibar Products suggested retail price. This includes price changes when added to cart or checkout. Price lists are mailed on an annual basis, after dealer approval and upon request. It is the responsibility of the dealer to maintain current pricing.

Anyone found in violation of this pricing policy will be notified to make required changes. The required changes will contain a compliance date. If the required changes are not made prior to the compliance date, the violating party will have their account placed on hold. No order will be processed until required changes are completed.

If anyone previously warned changes prices back after compliance, they will be given a final warning. If there is another violation, permanent termination may occur. Mibar Products will notify all distributors of terminated dealers.

To ensure that all distributors and dealers are working to protect the value of the Mibar Products product line, we request that any customers, dealers, distributors, forward any violating advertisements to our sales department.

Mibar Products reserves the right to refuse any applicant under which circumstances the applicant doesn't qualify as a motorcycle only business. All customers will be on COD terms or company credit card. Mibar Products will discontinue selling its products to any dealer who advertises prices on Mibar Products product below 15% off m.s.r.p. by clicking yes here you have agreed to be a person of good standing to represent the above named dealership and that you have entered into an aggreement with Mibar Products. Dealer agrees to pay for all invoiced items received. Only dealerships with a public showroom / store front will be accepted. Please call if you are online business only for referral to other Mibar Products distributors.

All products manufactured by Mibar Products are guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship. Defective products will be replaced or credit given at our option. Mibar Products makes no other warranty of any kind, expressed or implied. Mibar Products will not be held liable for any loss or damages incidental, direct or consequential from the use of, or inability to use, Mibar Products products. Use other than specified voids warranty. Any alterations to products or product mounting areas, also voids warranty. Non-Mibar Products products are guaranteed in accordance with the manufacturer's own terms of warranty.

Mibar Products products purchased directly from Mibar Products will be accepted for return provided a return authorization is obtained within 10 days of receipt of order. Please call our Sales Department at 414-425-5340 to receive a return authorization. No freight or restocking fee will be charged on returned goods found defective or not as ordered. - All other returnable items due to customer error will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Mibar Products Sales Department hours are 9:00am – 6:00pm EST. We make every attempt to same day ship all orders received during these hours. We DO NOT guarantee shipping and/or delivery dates on ground shipments. We WILL guarantee shipping dates on air shipments. If Mibar Products does not meet the air shipping date we will refund the shipping charges. If the freight carrier does not meet air ship delivery date Mibar Products will contact carrier and will request a refund. If the customer used their own freight account it will be up to the customer to seek a refund from freight carrier for delivery mishaps.
