General Manual For Installation

The introduction of the Power Lift is going to be the most innovative design for the atv/utv market this year. We here at Mibar didn’t just redesign another luggage rack, seat cover, or even make our own version of the plow. What we did was made it possible for current, and future owners of just about every plow brand, and machine, to upgrade their winch assist system, to a cylinder lift.

WE’VE ALL SAID IT BEFORE.
“THERE HAS GOT TO BE A BETTER WAY ” AND NOW THERE IS!!

THE BENEFITS

The winch was designed to pull you out of the mud, the power lift was designed to quickly lift and lower your plow.

No longer do you have to wear out your winch during the winter.

No more replacing costly winch cables or ropes.

Installing brushes, cleaning and replacing winch grease is kept to scheduled maintenance.

Never again will you have to hook the cable onto a tree, and back the machine away from it, to unknot your winch line just because you were plowing.

Our superior design allows us to use an ultra fast 300lb cylinder to lift a 100lb plow, instead of using a slow and ridiculous 650lb or 1000lb actuator.

Universal mount system bolts the Power Lift to all of the major snow plow brands.

The system will clamp onto the front bumpers or a bumper rack combination of virtually every machine. With just the addition of a protective brush guard, even the ATV’s / UTV’s with plastic front ends can use this setup.

The electric cylinder provides down pressure to scrape the pavement clean.

Unlike the winch method, back dragging is now possible because of the extra weight being exerted onto the blade.

The 10” cylinder allows some plow brands to be raised up to 17”, making driving up steep aprons and loading a breeze.

There is no loss of ground clearance created by the installation of this equipment.

With the sealed relays, rocker switch and terminals being pre wired, all the electrical connections are very easy.

Installation should take less than half of an hour and only requires several basic tools.

The whole Power Lift system disconnects from the machine in seconds by just removing one Pin

Complete snow plow packages usually end up costing less than half the price of comparable devices.
